CEDARWOOD CHALET STYLE BUNGALOWS |
The bungalows, of which there are two, are situated in a quiet elevated position with superb rural views in the extensive grounds of a country house in Lee.
Both bungalows have fitted carpets throughout, with the exception of the kitchen area and bathroom, and are equipped to provide maximum convenience and comfort with the minimum of chores.
The bungalows are of cedarwood and face south. There are two double bedrooms, each with four foot double beds, bathroom /toilet, airing cupboard and large lounge/dining area with
kitchenette where there are standard size cookers and fridges. The water is heated by an immersion
heater. The electricity is by a £1 coin meter.
Both bungalows can accommodate four persons comfortably and a studio couch with storage space is part of the furnishings which will make up into a double bed for an extra two persons.
Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday only and visitors may take possession after
2 p.m. on the day of arrival. They are requested to vacate the accommodation before 9.30 a.m on their day of departure to enable us to clean thoroughly in time for the next occupants.
A deposit of £30 per week is required with all bookings, the balance to be paid on arrival.
When making a reservation, PLEASE STATE THE NUMBER IN YOUR PARTY WHICH MUST NOT EXCEED SIX PERSONS INCLUDING CHILDREN AND BABIES.
We regret no dogs or pets other than guide dogs.
We provide cutlery, crockery, pillows and blankets for up to six people. Visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels etc. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge. There is ample space for car parking.
