Charlton Cleave, sleeping 8, is a long thin orange house unusually constructed of corrugated iron which sits at the top of its own extensive grounds with 2 sitting rooms, 4 bedrooms and a kitchen which all have double glass doors that open on to the sunny, covered veranda that stretches along the full length of the property. The end sitting room also adjoins a conservatory type room which makes for a nice dining area when a number of people are eating together. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, loo and sink and a separate shower room and additional loo. Cooking is on gas and a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The property is heated via storage heaters and a wood burning stove in the main sitting room. The beautiful grounds include large flat lawns, terraces and woodlands to the back.
