This cosy cottage with its unrestricted sea views, is situated in the quiet hamlet of Higher Warcombe, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, National Trust Land and its coastal footpaths. The picturesque village/cove of Lee Bay is only a mile down the lane and the award winning sandy beaches of Woolacombe are just 10 minutes away
| The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner with a wood burning stove, TV/Video, 2 x sofa's and a character staircase, bathroom with bath/shower over a double bedded bedroom downstairs. Plus two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with staggered bunk beds and a Velux window and the other being large with a 4-poster bed, cot and far reaching sea views. |

Summer Haze Cottage is a NO-SMOKING establishment.
Tariff: - The weekly rate for the
cottage ranges from £250 - £650 per week, plus we do out of season
weekend/mid-week breaks starting at £150. Bed linen is included.
Bed linen is inclusive for weekly lets, but a charge of £5 per bed will be made for short breaks Logs are charged at £2.50 per sack (one sack free on arrival). The radiators situated in the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and lounge are heated from October - April (free of charge). There are two additional plug in oil filled radiators in the upstairs bedroom. £1 electric coin meter.
